Barack Obama became the first African-American to be elected President of the United States

Barack Hussein Obama II (born August 4, 1961) is the 44th and current President of the United States. He is the first African American to hold the office. As president, Obama signed economic stimulus legislation in the form of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 in response to the 2007–2009 recession in the United States. Other major domestic policy initiatives include the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010, and the Budget Control Act of 2011. In foreign policy, Obama ended US military involvement in the Iraq War, increased troop levels in Afghanistan, signed the New START arms control treaty with Russia, ordered U.S. military involvement in Libya, and ordered the military operation that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden.

  1. In one day we'll find out who will become the next president of the US.It seems to me that all signs point toward Barack Obama winning the 2012 election.I feel that Barack Obama will win the 2012 Presidential election because he currently has a decent lead over Mitt Romney in the polls, and he has helped himself in recent days with his reaction to Hurricane Sandy. Additionally, I feel that Romney has made a number of mistakes on the campaign trail that have alienated some of his potential voters.

  2. I hope he will lose "the game". He is a good-for-nothing-president.
The whole world knows that Russia and America are not friends, were not friends and will not be friends.
You can suppose that if Romney will win we will have the second "Cold War", but for me it's better than to smile each other during ceremonies. Of course it is the strategy of all politics, but as for me - I hate it.
The God is not in the power - but he is in truth.

    p.s.
Obama is the great protector as he has won The Nobel Award. :D

  3. MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY is one of Hollywood’s most sought after leading men whose films have grossed over a billion dollars at the box office. He is a Texas native who originally, while attending the University of Texas in Austin, planned to be a lawyer. When he discovered the inspirational Og Mandino book, "The Greatest Salesman in the World," before one of his final exams, he suddenly knew that he had to change his major from law to film.

I like one of his quotes:

"Life is a series of commas, not periods".
